By downloading or using Onda Replay, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Onda Replay is a private audio capture and transcription app for iOS.

Your recordings are stored only on your device. ONDA does not store,

sync, or have access to your audio files.

Your recordings belong to you. ONDA does not claim

ownership of, or control over, copyright in your content.

When you delete a recording from the App, it is deleted from your device.

2. Transcription

When you choose to transcribe a recording, a short audio clip is sent

to OpenAI Whisper for processing and deleted from their servers

immediately after. Nothing is sent automatically — transcription only

happens when you initiate it.

The free tier includes approximately 60 minutes of transcription per

calendar month, resetting on the first of each month.

3. Subscriptions

Onda Replay offers an optional monthly subscription that removes the

transcription limit.

Price: $7.99/month (or local equivalent)

Billing: Charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation

Auto-renewal: Renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours

before the end of the current period

Cancellation: Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Settings at any time

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods

Apple's payment terms apply to all transactions. ONDA does not have

access to your payment information.

4. Your Content

Your recordings belong to you. When you delete a recording from the

App, it is deleted from your device.

5. Consent to Record

You agree not to use the App to record conversations without the

consent of all parties where required by law. Recording laws vary by

location — you are responsible for knowing and following the laws

in your jurisdiction.

6. Privacy

Your use of Onda Replay is also governed by our Privacy Policy at

ondalist.com/privacy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not

guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free transcription, or that the

App will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONDA shall not be liable for

any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your

use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App

after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
